Product Description

This 12-gauge cartridge laser bore sighter is a simple, reliable tool for hunters, recreational shooters, competitive shooters, and law-enforcement personnel who want a fast, ammo-free method to align their sights or optics. The unit is built into an aluminum cartridge-style housing that inserts into the shotgun chamber to produce a red laser dot aligned with the bore axis. Use it to quickly get “on paper” and make coarse adjustments to scopes, red dots, and iron sights before live-fire confirmation.

Compact and lightweight, the sighter is easy to carry in a range kit or hunting pack. The visible red laser (632–650 nm) projects a dot that’s wide enough to see on targets at common shotgun sighting distances yet precise enough to speed up zeroing. Batteries are included so the unit is ready straight out of the package.

How to Use

  1. Ensure the firearm is unloaded and pointed in a safe direction; remove any ammo and open the action.

  2. Install the included button batteries if not already installed; screw the cap to power the laser.

  3. Insert the cartridge-style boresighter fully into the 20-gauge chamber. Close the action gently (do not chamber like a live round).

  4. Place a target at 10–75 yards (25 yd is a common starting point).

  5. Aim the shotgun and adjust your sights or optic until the point-of-aim matches the laser dot.

  6. Remove the boresighter and fire live rounds to confirm and fine-tune zero.

Safety & Maintenance

  • Do not look into the laser or point it at people, animals, or reflective surfaces.

  • Avoid direct eye exposure — even low-power lasers can cause eye injury.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Remove batteries during long-term storage to prevent leakage.

  • Follow all local laws and range regulations when using the product.
